Micro DataNet selected Intacct after carefully reviewing other cloud financial systems on the market. Intacct stood out for its robust financial management functionality and the ability to seamlessly integrate other best-of-breed cloud solutions, such as Salesforce.com for CRM and Clarizen for project management, with its financial platform. The firm plans to initially focus its Intacct practice at Professional Service organizations, finance and pharmaceutical research companies. Intacct is the only cloud financial system in Micro DataNet’s product portfolio.
Navision ADCS (Automatic Data Capturing System, i.e. wireless scanners) and Lanham EShip are powerful tools to manage warehouse pick, pack, ship activities. Every customer’s fulfillment process is different. We have added some powerful enhancements to make ADCS work in the real world.
After many years working with a 3rd party integration solution between NAV and CRM , we have to abandon it completely. The solution tries to work with too many different ERP systems and in the end it consists of too many components. It becomes tedious to set up and to maintain. To make matters worse, the solution is not real time. Users have to wait a few minutes to see data sync’d to the other system. When data is not sync'd, users are not sure whether they should continue to wait or to start troubleshooting. When errors happen, it is time consuming to go through various components to troubleshoot.
