Marvin Fischer

President

As president of the company Marvin has always embraced advances in new technology.  He now focuses on integrating Salesforce cloud technologies to improve business processes.

Marvin has consulted for a wide range of organizations and has helped many companies migrate to cloud-based applications to keep relevant with changing technologies. Marvin was a Financial Director at Johnson & Johnson and Bausch & Lomb.

Marvin holds an economics degree from The City University of New York and an MBA in Quantitative Analysis.

Scott Zhuo

CTO

As CTO, and founding architect of GoldFinch, Scott is responsible for all development projects and product releases.

 

Scott began his career as a CPA before turning his focus to information systems. He has over 20 years of experience implementing various ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Sage Adonix X3, Sage Intacct, and NetSuite.

 

He is certified in Salesforce CRM and Tableau Business Intelligence and has been a driving force behind GoldFinch ERP solution built 100% on Force.com.  Scott holds an MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Stern Business School at NYU.

Jodi Rudolph

VP Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Jodi is responsible for customer success. She oversees all projects and manages the staff.

 

Jodi possesses a rare combination of practical experience and knowledge of accounting, operations, and ERP system implementations as both an end-user and consultant. Jodi previously served as Vice President of Manufacturing for TFH/Nylabone, a subsidiary of Central Garden & Pet, and Controller for an FDA-regulated food manufacturer serving the grocery industry.

 

As a certified Salesforce Admin, Jodi has leveraged her experience to deliver numerous integrated CRM and ERP projects. She holds a BA in English Literature from West Virginia University and an MBA in Management from Monmouth University.

Kevin Chen

Senior Application Architect & Consultant

Kevin has been working as a Lead Developer and System Architect for over 10 years. He has familiarity with a wide range of cloud-based programming languages and related computer technologies.

 

 He has designed and implemented countless solutions

to enhance Salesforce CRM.

Amy Valenzano

Customer Success Manager

Amy brings 18 years of ERP support, implementation, and end-user training experience to GoldFinch  Amy has the ability listen to users support issues, translate their descriptions into technical terms, fix problems and explain the solutions in easy-to-understand terms.

Her deep knowledge of ERP and CRM, excellent interpersonal skills, and commitment to problem resolution make Amy perfectly suited to her role as Customer Success Manager.

Vikentiy Chernyakov

Senior Software Development Engineer

Vikentiy is a senior developer and consultant with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, SQL Server and Power BI. He excels in helping clients use the Microsoft Azure cloud platform to run various IT services.

With over 12 years of proven experience with design, development, testing, implementation and operation of business applications, Vikentiy delivers solutions that utilize best practices and have the lowest cost of ownership.

He holds a Master's degree in Information Systems in Business and Public Administration from Kyiv National Economic University (Ukraine) and his Bachelor's degree in Information Management from the same university.

Zon Cheng

Application Architect

As a seasoned and creative software engineer, Zon has been expanding what is possible with code in order to make life more efficient and productive.

Zon earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and began his work as a NetSuite ERP system administrator and developer. Now he is responsible for the continued development of GoldFinch.

His specialties include quickly learning new skills and programming languages, problem-solving, process automation, system integration, responsive design and the Model View Controller (MVC) design pattern.
